If you choose to provide us with personal information it will be used in support of the intended purposes stated at the time at which it was collected, and subject to any preferences indicated by you. You acknowledge that you will ensure that your personal information you disclose is accurate, complete and upto date.

  2. Doctors

    If you are a healthcare provider who uses our products or services we may collect personal information such as your name your specializations, qualifications, professional experience, SLMC registration details, places of practice, charges, contact data (such as your e-mail address, phone number, fax number); demographic data (such as your gender, your date of birth and your zip code); and any other information you choose to share with the patients and us. If you choose to provide us with personal information it will be used in support of the intended purposes stated at the time at which it was collected, and subject to any preferences indicated by you. You acknowledge that you will ensure that the personal information you disclose is accurate, complete and upto date.

  3. Non-personally identifying Information

    We may also collect non-personally identifying information about your visit to our web, WAP and other similar websites based on your browsing (click-stream) activities. This information may include your IP address; domain server; type of device(s) used to access the services; web browser(s) used to access the services; referring webpage or other source through which you accessed the services; geolocation information; and other statistics and information associated with the interaction between your browser or device and the services. This helps us to manage and develop our websites better, to provide you with a more customized service and experience in the future, and to help us develop and deliver better products and services tailored to your individual interests and needs.

    If you are a healthcare provider, information about you and information about the services you provide are publicly available for users who are interested in making appointments and obtaining your services through our website.

    The information you choose to share will be disclosed with the doctors and healthcare providers you choose to disclose such information with.

    We may use service providers to help us provide you with our services. These service providers will have access to some of your information, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform the services you ask them to do. Third party service providers (such as IT service providers, for the purpose of enabling them to provide, manage or administer services we offer); payment systems operators and financial institutions; government bodies and/or regulators; law enforcement agencies and other parties to meet any legal or regulatory requirements or obligations in accordance with local or international applicable law.

    We may disclose information about you to companies within group subject to the terms of this privacy policy and in the event that we undergo re-organisation or are sold to a third party, in which case you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to that re-organised entity or third party subject to the terms of this privacy policy.
